Repair Services – Return Merchandise Authorization (Rma) Request
Prior to submitting a RMA request, please note
- Before returning any item for repair, you must obtain a RMA number from Celestia TTI.
- Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Returned products with no RMA number visible on the box shall be subject to refusal.

Celestia TTI provides maintenance and repair services for both warranty and out-of warranty products.
- If the problem is not covered under the Celestia TTI warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service on a fee basis.
- Non-Warranty repair service is available from Celestia TTI for a nominal charge.
