RF communication system

Based on your requirements, we design, develop, manufacture, test and validate radiofrequency systems and subsystems (TTI branded or OEM).
SSPAs: Solid State Power Amplifiers in a very wide range of output powers, from L band up to Q band. We can design SSPAs for ground segment solutions (communications terminals, radar, stations) or spaceborne payloads.
LNAs: Room temperature and Cryogenic Low Noise Amplifiers from L band up to Q band.
Frequency Converters: Up Converters from IF to RF and Down Converters from RF to IF/baseband. Frequency Converters can be also integrated into SSPAs and LNAs.
RF transceivers: Radiofrequency transceivers for datalinks, designed for land-to-land, land-to air and/or air-to-air communications.

Feeders & antenna systems
Celestia TTI team has great experience in the design of customized feeders and antenna systems for several applications, among which stand reflector feeding, anechoic chamber CATR and near field feeding or antennas for reference. We can take care of the whole process, from the requirements detailed specification to the final commissioning, going through the design, manufacturing and characterization of your antenna.
Celestia TTI customization includes your frequency range, polarization, crosspolar discrimination, gain or beamwidth, and fulfilling all your additional electrical and mechanical requirements. Celestia TTI can provide several types of custom feeders and antenna products, including reflectors, axially and radial corrugated feed horns, open-ended rectangular waveguides, pyramidal horns, dual and quad-rigde horns or log periodic dipole arrays, among others.
As a reference supplier for radio-astronomy applications and deep space stations, we have expertise in very challenging custom solutions in the most cost effective way: broadband, dual linear or circular polarizations, high gain or high crosspolar discrimination, and always mechanically optimized to fit your size and weight requirements.
Active phase arrays
Celestia TTI team has wide experience in the design of active phase arrays with electronic scanning capabilities.
We can take care of the whole process, from the requirements detailed specification to the final delivery, going through the design, manufacturing and characterization of your phase array. Our technology can be applied for different solutions: user terminals, airborne terminals, SOTM terminals and ground stations.
We provide highly-integrated systems applying state of the art manufacturing technologies and our deep knowledge of the different components of these systems.

Flat antenna panels
With more than 25 years of experience in the antenna technologies field, Celestia TTI is a worldwide reference company in the design and development of customized flat antenna panels up to Ka band for ground and airborne Satcom terminals, such as Manpacks or SOTM antenna systems. Airborne antennas are designed following DO-160G standard for Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures for Airborne Equipment.
We are able to work with several technologies (waveguide, printed antennas, microstrip, and multilayer structures) in order to provide different approaches in terms of antenna profile:
- Ultra-thin panels: very low thickness and very low weight
- Planar apertures: low profile and low weight
- Integrated apertures: low profile and low weight with RF components integrated
Waveguide components systems

Based on your requirements, we design, develop, manufacture, test and validate not only waveguide components, but also complete passive waveguide integrated solutions.
Celestia TTI can also provide complete waveguide integrated subsystems, with several isolated components functionalities implemented in a common compact structure, optimized in electrical response and mechanical requirements.
